Financial Disclosure

We report all of our financial information to both the Kentucky Division of Conservation (DOC) and the Kentucky Department of Local Government (DLG). We are a "Special Purpose Governmental Entity" (SPGE). You may view our financial information by visiting the DLG website. Here's how:

1. Click here to open the DLG-SPGE website.

2. Under "Search Records," select Jackson from the drop-down list of counties.

3. Click the "Search" button and wait a few moments for the results to load.

4. Scroll down to "Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District," and click the blue link next to it that says "VIEW."

Our last audit was in 2018, and you can see those records on the website. (Every SPGE is audited regularly, regardless of performance.)

At any time you may contact us to receive access to our current annual budget, our plan of work, and our annual financial summary and report, which are submitted to Jackson County Fiscal Court each year. You may also visit our office to view the signed and dated official copies of these documents, though some restrictions apply due to limitations imposed by COVID-19.
